World Champion ultrarunner Anna Frost became a mother earlier this year and shares her thoughts on trail running and parenting.

In the video, Frost states “For me, running is not really an individual sport, its a team effort because its so extreme and its pushing you to your limit. Your relationships with the people around you become really close because they’re also on the edge of their limits, as well.”

Frost also emphasizes the importance of connections. She loves the connections she makes to other runners, to nature and to the world around her.

She can’t wait to share those connections with her child.
