Watch Dylan Bowman's FKT on Northern California's Lost Coast Trail

Portions of the Lost Coast Trail of Northern California disappear with the high tide. Navigation and timing is everything on this route. Typically trekked by backpack, hikers plan their campsites around the rising of the tide. When pushing for the FKT, Dylan Bowman had to be precise about when and where he would hit sections and needed to stay on target. Rickey Gates, former FKT holder, joins Bowman as he runs through this extremely remote and wild section of Pacific Northwest coastline.
