With the weather getting warmer, your trail-running stoke is probably getting higher. But there’s only so much you can run before you bump up against physical limitations like sore calves. So what to do with all that excess stoke?

Well, one option is to go watch a bunch of films about trail running at the Trails In Motion Film Festival.

The film fest, supported by Trail Runner, is now in its fourth year, and screenings are currently underway. This year’s lineup includes films about a veteran who has dealt with a rocky homecoming through trail running; three runners’ experiences at the Western States 100; travels to Patagonia and South Africa; and more. (You can see clips from the films in the trailer, above.)

Throughout the year, Trails In Motion 4 will be showing at locations across North America and around the world. The next scheduled U.S. screenings are:

San Luis Obispo, CA Wednesday, March 16

Wenatchee, WA Tuesday, April 12

Fresno, CA Saturday, April 16

Arlington, MA Thursday, April 21

Frederick, MD Thursday, April 21

Austin, TX Saturday, April 23

Dexter, MI Saturday, April 23

There are also several screenings in Canada, two in Japan and one in South Africa during that time. A complete list of screenings, as well as information on venues, times and how to buy tickets, can be found here.
