Running Slot Canyons in Utah

Over millennia, rivers cut deep, narrow slot canyons into the sandstone of the Utah desert. Last year, professional runners Rickey Gates and Dakota Jones took to one of these slot canyons, to explore by foot (and by raft). Here is snippet from their journey.
