One of trail running’s classics, the Leadville Trail 100, is happening this weekend. If you’re not lucky enough to be racing, pacing, crewing or spectating, here are four videos about the Leadville experience.

1. The Leadville Experience

This 2011 video, released by Salomon, follows top South African trail runner Ryan Sandes as he races Leadville, his first 100-miler.

Along the way, through interviews with competitors and locals, it explores the race’s backstory and the experience of participating in this unique event.

2. Scenes From Leadville 2014

This highlight reel compiled by Competitor magazine shows Rob Krar and other frontrunners during the 2014 race, as well as highlighting the course’s beautiful mountain scenery.

Oh, and that pacer in the green shirt at 4:01? That’s Trail Runner circulation manager Jeremy Duncan.

3. Words of Inspiration From Ken Chlouber

Before every race, founder Ken Chlouber says a few words of inspiration to the runners. Here, a voiceover of those words is paired with scenes from the course.

Now, doesn’t that make you want to get out there and run?
