HOW TO

  • Puree 1/2 cup roasted or steamed sweet potato (peeled) with 1T peanut butter
  • add a dash of salt
  • add 1/2 cup water until smooth
  • add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time to achieve desired texture
  • store up to three days in the fridge
