Honey Stinger Cracker n’ Nut Butter Snack Bar
Price: $26/box of 12
Flavors: Peanut butter, milk chocolate, sea salt / cashew butter, milk chocolate, sea salt / almond butter, dark chocolate, sea salt
Best Features: Well balanced fat/protein/carbohydrate ratios, flavorful
Room for Improvement: Potentially melty

As athletes, we are often looking for a quick snack that doesn’t require much effort. These sweet treats are a bit of a divergence from Honey Stinger’s normal repertoire and they are easy to keep in your bag, car or vest to get your quick snack fix.

Each bar contains: 4-5 grams of protein, 12 grams of sugar, calcium and iron. Keeping balance between nutrients is key and these bars have a nice balance of fat, protein, and carbohydrates making them a good choice for a sustained energy snack. Beware, they are coated in chocolate so if you’re running long, keep them well protected.

All flavors contain True Source Honey, which ensures high quality, ethically sourced honey and does not contain artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

The greatest thing (if you have a sweet tooth) about these bars is that they taste like a candy bar but don’t have the excessive amounts of sugar. The crackers add a satisfying, crunchy mouthfeel—and who can pass up a sweet and salty combo?
