I run during my lunch hour, and because of the short time often make it a hard run. Are there any products for a quick cleanup so I don’t offend the people and clients I work with?

Several companies offer washcloth-sized, sturdy towelettes that are pre-dampened with cleansing and skin-soothing products. The problem with these products is that you’re creating a lot of extra waste.
Instead, you could simply pre-moisten two washcloths, one with soap and one without, and zip them up tight in separate baggies. One of the problems with a humid climate is that you tend to keep sweating even after toweling off, and a dusting of baby powder will help soak up the extra moisture after you’ve wiped down.
Consider a moderate dash of cologne, but don’t overdo it since wide-open pores will intensify the smell. And make sure you choose loose work clothes that are cotton or cotton blends or soft microfibers, so you don’t go back to your desk with your apparel sticking to your body.
