From September 1-16 Trail Runner magazine and Strava challenge you to run 100 miles. Strava lets athletes all over the world experience social fitness—sharing, comparing and competing with each other’s personal fitness data via mobile and online apps. If you have an iPhone, Android or dedicated GPS device you just need to download the FREE app to start recording your runs.
Your challenge if you choose to accept it, is to run a 100 miles in 16 days or help the group hit 100,000k. Get it done in one run, or put in 16 straight days of 10k efforts.
Get out there and log as many miles as you can find – Trail Runner magazine and Strava want to see what you’ve got.
