The “Attack Pack” running group meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6am for an hour run. In early April the group joins up with the “Middle-Of-The-Pack” group for the Garden of the Gods training runs. After the GOG race, the group continues every Tuesday and Thursday morning (rain, snow or shine) at 6 a.m. at various parks/locations, which are rotated on a monthly basis and communicated via email. The groups pace is around 8-10 minute miles and everyone is welcome to join.
