Megan Flanagan is a running and strength coach, certified personal trainer, and the founder of Strong Runner Chicks, a running community dedicated to educate, empower, and connect women. She resides in Golden, Colorado (Ute, Arapaho, and Cheyenne lands), and is an avid trail runner with experience as a former Division I steeplechaser turned trail runner, (ultra)marathoner, and obstacle course racer. With a Master of Public Health and as part of the Running with Purpose community, she is passionate about the intersection of trail running with inclusivity, empowerment, environmental & social justice, and overall well-being.

TJ David is the founder of Microcosm Coaching, where he has partnered with over two hundred athletes from beginners to national level elites since 2018. He uses a holistic approach to help athletes set and achieve ambitious goals by taking life’s happenings into account. TJ tailors his plans to each individual athlete based on their athletic history, background and life stresses. TJ is an IIN graduate and 2019 recipient of the Leadership in Health Coaching Award. He is a professional mountain athlete who recently won the Telluride Mountain Run, set the Willow Lake 3 Pass Loop FKT, is the course record holder at the Athens Big Fork Trail Marathon and won the USA SkyUltra Series in 2018.
