Krissy Moehl is an ultramarathon runner, coach, public speaker, and race director. In her 20+ year career, she has run more than 100 races. She has 65 female wins and 2 outright wins. Moehl’s impressive record boasts first female finishes at the world’s toughest ultras, including two-time Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc 165K, Ultra-Trail Mt. Fuji 100-mile, Hardrock 100, Gaoligong 165K, and several others.

I assess whether or not it was a good night’s sleep. Usually it is!

I think so. Soda Stream for the win. 3-5 bottles (liters) a day.
