A great value for budget-conscious racers, the Circuit, Camelbak’s smallest and lightest vest, can carry a surprising volume of fluid when needed: in addition to the 1.5-liter bladder, two stretchy front pockets can each hold a 20-plus-ounce bottle. Clips on one shoulder strap hold the hose in place, and a “sweatproof” pocket on the other keeps your smartphone accessible and dry. The bladder bounced a bit more than in other vests.
